... Danielle practiced her lowercase alphabet. Hard for little hands, I think doing this together worked well. She worked longer than usual with me struggling at her side.

ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to have Danielle practicing with you!! You know teachers say they don't have time to teach writing AND my sis, a first grade teacher says her kids already have handwriting bad habits that she cannot change!
ReplyDeleteOooh. I have handwriting bad habits! Kinda slang. I spent tons of effort making meticulous writing in the third grade (and it was very good), then the teachers daughter got the award for best handwriting. Early lesson in politics.
