Yesterday, we celebrated Cinco de Mayo. Fajitas was the food of the day and Rob cooked the chicken and steak on his new grill,
"The Big Green Egg".
It puffed away like a happy locomotive.
Brent serenaded us with his guitar.
Julie was cooking the poblanos and pretty colored sweet peppers.
The table was waiting.
That "big green egg" did a wonderful job!
Friends, Kim and Bob, brought her great homemade guacamole.
Angel made the marguaritas, plain and strawberry...
Yum!

Later we took a bird walk with Danielle and we could hear them but I think they were singing themselves to sleep.
