November Art Journaling

The theme from "No Excuses Art Journaling" for November is "Dreams".

"So they found a cozy place under the trees where they slept well until the morning; and Dorothy dreamed of The Emerald City, and of the good wizard OZ."

A fun way to add in some text or poetry.

And here, I got to write on some handmade paper that we made in class.

Ho-Hum...

And a little bit about my days...

And November is half gone...

Last week's collage class...

"O Wild West Wind, thou breath of Autumn's being,
Thou, from whose unseen presence the leaves dead
Are drivers, like ghosts from an enchanter fleeting..."
Percy Bysshe Shelley

(Not finished with the "fleeting" part yet.)

And below Bernie has used some wonderful papers she made at our monoprinting session.

Sandy has lots of ideas for finishing this piece...

And above is Lesley's beautiful finished fall piece; her first collage!  Below, she begins a new one.

Above is a lovely piece that Maria is working on.

Below is MaryAnn's exciting one!  She loved these ladies!

Fall Critters...

Bringing out more of my Fall critters for this time of the year and Carol and I were talking about some of these, so this post is for her...

I love how they all get along together, don't you?

Happy just to be...

A writing page...

i am going to show my journaling class this idea for making a fun and meaningful page for their journals.  This one, first using masking tape to mask out parts to save for writing, I then covered the page with stamps that went with the poem I wrote.

Or like this one was done with a doodling background.

Or a little drawing...
Makes a nice journal page!
