Took these pictures of the stormy skies last week at Julie's house.
You know who slept through it.
And this week, the storm came at night, so no sky pictures...
just seeing the damage, the next morning, that the high winds did...
my neighbor's huge beautiful evergreen uprooted and laying down...
and our roof where the rain came pouring down from the ceiling into my great room.
Our nephew to the rescue!
My little fairy, still in one piece, with the tiny flowers blooming happily around her.

ooh dear.... We were stuck in the Minneapolis airport for the night....when we got home Tuesday..we found out that a tree had fallen on Art's office...
but it was beautiful in Laguna Beach....'specially the kids :)
The storms have been brutal in our neck of the woods too--Thankfully for us, we've only had branches down, but others haven't fared as well. Stay safe, I hope your repairs are done, and I hope you enjoy your weekend!!

Oh my! Beautiful photos of the stormy skies but so sorry for the damage the storm did. Hope not too much damage inside your house. What luck to have a nephew to put you at the front of his line for work!
