Dashing through the week...

Beginning with Monday; Marge's Calligraphy class.  We made a cute little "envelope" book with a handmade button, and practiced "bouncing" letters.

Tuesday was Poetry Class.

Wednesday morning, my Collage Class and here I've added a few more layers to my German landscape.

Peggy's almost completed piece of her beautiful garden.

Denise is choosing her papers for her darling photograph of this outhouse scene.

Lora Lee's is coming together with beautiful colors of her lily pond.

Working hard!

Bernie went sailing along with finding the right papers for her Central Park scene...

with everything falling into place nicely...

Teri has been working on two wonderful smaller pieces and just about finished.

And here is Sandy's yummy spaghetti piece taken from her photograph of her cooking class in Italy...

Delicious job!  and...on goes the sauce...

Barb will having fun recreating these columns that you see in her sketch above.

Judy is remembering all the beautiful and changing colors on the water when she experienced this gorgeous sunset.

Wednesday afternoon in Denise's Quilting Class...

I am working on this "Watercolor" quilt.  It's all pieced and now ready for quilting.

Esther made a fun and colorful baby quilt.

And here's Denise with her very special baby quilt...she's a new Grandma!

and this little granddaughter will be a real fashionista in all these colorful hats that "grandma" sewed for her.

And then it was Thursday and Lois' Pen & Ink Drawing Class.  I went outside to take photos of the beautiful Spring scenery and sat down in the Chapel Garden to draw these Virginia Bluebells.  Tried "hatching" instead of my usual "stippling"!  Getting ready for summer art...
