Last Saturday we made handmade paper, so I decided to show them how to make a little handmade book, using the paper as covers. I had made one of these little books with my Artist's Way group and I thought these little girls would enjoy one.
They loved the pink, purple and green embellishments, ribbons and yarns.
Next we had a little collage lesson to start off the book...
using magazine pictures, tissue, and some added punched out shapes.
