Colorfest

 On the second day of our visit, Carolyn piled us in her car and off we went to Thurmont, Md.  It was the weekend of the 47th annual Catoctin Colorfest craft fair.

This quaint town is located at the base of the beautiful Catoctin Mountains in Frederick County.  I love all the buildings in this part of the country.  So picturesque!  (I can see a watercolor coming!)

And, oh my...what a festival!  Thousands of people attend.  And there were some really wonderful artists and crafters.  Quite a fun and interesting day!  http://www.colorfest.org/ .
