Wednesday's class

This week we enjoyed a "square share". Everyone had their serendipity papers cut into 1-1/2" squares and we each got three of everyone else's squares. What fun and everyone was delighted with their new little pieces of art. Terri M. decided to incorporate hers into some notcard designs.

I'm thinking these little squares will not only work their way into larger collage pieces, but also cards, bookmarks, and other things. The possibilities are endless!

Here, Denise is contemplating some beautiful colors of nature.

Terri S. has all kinds of ideas swirling around in her head!

So much to choose from! Little treasures.

Mary Ann is topping off a collage piece that she began a while back, with some of her squares. The perfect idea to inspire her to finish. She has divided this bigger collage in two and adding the squares continued to tie the two pieces together and will make a lovely pair.

Marge has a beautiful beginning with her cool green painted background, continuing with elements of nature.

Peggy's colorful squares wait as she decides on her other papers to begin her collages. It was a fun time and the morning sped by!

How nice to share the little square creations with each other. Like trading cards. I was admiring Denise's pin she was wearing. Said she made it in your class. Looks like what they're selling at art fairs. Very cool stuff you're teaching, April!
