Mornings are darker longer. I wake up knowing it's morning but it's still dark. Sunrise this morning was at 5:31, according to The Old Farmer's Almanac. I didn't even hear the birds. It's now 5:48 and I hear a few peeps. And the mouse is still trying to make a home in our barbeque.

I'm sending you a virtual hug - your posts have a slightly melancholy tone. I like the watercolors. We should all have diamonds in the sky. You never know, it could be her little angel watching over her.
And I have the hawk still stalking all my birds in the yard! I spotted a little mouse the other morning running up a coneflower....I loved the hot dog....that one gets my vote
Thanks Elena. I do wear my heart on my sleeve, I guess.
Sue, you need to draw that little mouse running up the flower.
Our mornings are lighter earlier. Occasionally we have sunshine. Winter is slowly leaving us. We don't have snow but its been a rather cold winter.
I'm up at 4:30 these days. My mind says wait for the sun to start taking action on the day... too many chores, too long a day.
