Yesterday was the first summer art session that I was able to attend. Missed June and part of July. We went to the Chicago Botanic Gardens and it was lovely. Hot but we were saved by the clouds and the breeze. The robin was there to watch.
The swans walked by to see us.
The gardens are in full bloom and beautiful.
The English rose garden.
Wonderful little places, here and there.

So we painted and we drew.

I love it April!! Can't wait to see it all done! I am missing all the summer sessions too---not by choice!! Maybe next year!
Wonderful that you go with the group and do this..wonderful.
Botanic Gardens, I would think that would be inspiration overload. Glad you could select a scene. I'm sure you have photos for later.
What a beautiful place! I must go there someday soon!
